ABC/NYS Biennial 2014 will begin on Friday evening, October 3, with Gathering Worship and the Installation of the new Associate Executive Minister, the Rev. Jerrod Hugenot. The evening will conclude with an Ice Cream Social. On Saturday, October 4, The Rev. Dr. Marvin McMickle will bring inspiring messages, choirs will sing, personal encounters will be shared, updates and reports will encourage, a video message from the General Secretary will be received, and a meal of Karen Burmese food will fill our bodies and souls. Why should you come? To Hear dynamic preaching by Dr. McMickle. To Experience joy-filled worship and music: Traditional, African-American, Karen, Chin and Contemporary. To Glimpse the rich complexity of the Body of Christ from our Region which is more than can be found in any one church. To Receive the Good News of what God is doing with us and through us from our Regional leadership.
