The dressing rooms were in the basement under the stage.

This area is pretty stark! It is an area that any dungeon master would be proud of! There is no evidence to indicate that it was ever anything but the bare unpainted concrete walls seen here. The ceiling is high and unfinished, consisting of bare stage floor joists.

Several cubicles open off each side of a wide hallway which runs the 58 foot width of the Sampson. Old dressing room numbers remain tacked above each door. There are small windows in the Northern rooms similar to the one seen here at the end of the hallway. These are now boarded up. The rooms across the hall had no windows at all.
