Your Bd. Of Missions is sponsoring a Fun Night on Friday, Dec. 11, from 6:30 pm – 8 pm. You're All Invited!!!
We will be assisting the young people of our church school in making a cloth mural of the Nativity Scene. We will need lots of adults (particularly those of you who are young at heart) to help the kids in cutting and gluing. We will wind up with refreshments and a Christmas DVD. Come and have Fun! Bring your grandchildren!! We have need of material in the following colors: tan, brown, white, yellow, flesh color, purple and light blue. We need the material in the church office by Dec. 1.
Tuesday, Dec. 15
Join us next Tuesday for a fun time of caroling and spreading Christmas Cheer! We'll meet here at the church at 3:30 pm. Drivers are needed to shuttle. Wear red, santa hats, elf hats , blinking noses or your reindeer antlers and make this a special time. Bring your friends along. If you would like the group to make a stop at your home, call the church office by Mon. Dec 14, and we will put you on the list.

Our church is going to publish a new pictorial directory through Olan Mills. Reserve your appointment time today at the sign up location in the foyer. Each family/household that comes for photography and portrait viewing at the church will receive a complimentary directory and 8X10 custom color portrait. You will be able to view and select your portraits electronically from a variety of poses. Sign up to reserve your time today!!
From the Church Office
It's that time of year again, time for the boards and committees to prepare their year end annual reports. They need to be available for the congregation to review on Jan. 10 with the annual meeting being on Jan. 17. Please have them into the office no later than Dec. 31. Thank you for your cooperation.

If you would like to place a poinsettia or other plant in church for Christmas in memory of a loved one or in honor of someone, please fill out the portion below and place in the collection plate, or you may leave it in the church office. Service for Peace
Monday, Dec. 7
There will be a Prayer Service for Peace at Norton Chapel at 7:30 pm. Open to the community.

The Community Chorus annual Christmas Concert will be held here at FBC at 3 pm. This year's theme is “A Medieval & Renaissance Christmas Concert” featuring a “Ceremony of Carols” and a carol sing-a-long.

The KCCH annual benefit will be held at the Presbyterian Church at 10am til the cookies sell out.
Gospel Music Club
The White Stone Chapel opens its doors for a Gospel Music Club. Currently they meet the 1st and 3rd Tuesday nights at 6 pm. In January they will meet the 2nd and 4th Thursdays. For more information you may call 694-8997.
