Our Church's Mission

Rise to the Challenge - World Mission Offering - October 26, 2014
Our goal - $1050 - Received to date: $30+

“Challenge” is often used to describe a confrontation – a challenge to a duel or when an NFL coach throws the challenge flag. But, “challenge” can also have positive meanings. Like meeting a challenge to graduate or do well in a job. What challenges are you facing? Does it involve your education, work or relationships with family and friends? Are you aware that God is leading you, even as God has led others?

International Missions is beginning its 3rd century of ministry around the world. The same God who led the Apostle Paul and is leading International Missions can lead you. You can trust that, in God’s good timing, you will know what to do. Is God providing you with an open door, a new direction involving your education, work, or relationships with family or friends? As you think of others’ ministries when you give to the World Mission Offering remember that you have an opportunity to rise to the challenge by following God’s leading for your own life as well.
