Volunteers are needed in the nursery during the worship service. If you are able to sign up for just one Sunday a month see Ethel Clancy.
Note to the Congregation
For the past several years our church has given Thanksgiving Baskets to needy families in the community. This year, if we want this tradition to continue we need 1 or possibly 2 or 3 people to work together to oversee the project. If this is something you would have a heart for, call the church office and leave your name.
School Kits Collection
Items being collected through the month of September for Church World Service Kits may be left in the “

PY United Methodist Church will host it's monthly Free Community Supper on Tuesday, September 25th from 5:30 to 7 pm. This is an opportunity to enjoy some good foods and fellowship with others.
Food for the Needy
It's back-to-school time. The food pantry can use items such as cereals, mac n cheese, breakfast cereals, pudding/jello/fruit cups spaghetti and sauce. Thank You!
Donations of breakfast/granola bars, cereal, instant oatmeal, mac & cheese, jello/pudding/fruit cups, tuna etc and help packing on Wednesdays at 4 pm are greatly appreciated. These foods help keep the kids fed when mom and dads aren't at home to prepare meals.
