Rev. Douglas Passage passed away on Wednesday, Sept. 8. Rev. Passage was our Pastor Emeritus, and served as our pastor from  1972 until his retirement in 1987.

Hike Through Kashong Glen!

Kids of all ages:  we are hiking through Kashong Glen on Sunday, Sept. 19. Lyle Conrad will be our guide, helping to point out fossils and other interesting sights. We will leave after worship service. Bring your tennis shoes and plan to get your feet wet!

 

Women's Sunday!

Next Sunday is Women's Sunday. We will celebrate a service led by the women of our church. Guest speaker will be Amy Manning and we will be presenting her with the completed hygiene and school kits we have been working on.

 

Mary & Martha Meeting Canceled

The meeting for September will be canceled due to conflicts. 

Our next meeting will take place on Tuesday, October 12, at 10:30 am

Community News

 

Aging Nutrition Program

The ProAction Yates County Office for the Aging Nutrition Program is looking for volunteers to help our with evening dinners that are held at St. Michael's Church. These dinners are served about once a month and are an opportunity for seniors in Yates County to get together and socialize. Volunteers can be anyone over the age of 16 and available after 3 pm. If interested call the ProAction Nutrition Site at 536-6038 and ask to speak with Alayne Badmone for more details.
