August Backpack Program
Cereal and Granola Bars: good carbohydrates for long energy!
* It’s easier to build strong children, than to repair broken men.
(We realize that many of us are on a fixed income and adding anything extra to our budget isn’t always easy. We want you to know how much we appreciate what you do, do.) Thank You!

September Backpack Program
Macaroni & Cheese – this is a good idea and here’s why: the kids have a long day at school, sports and after school activities, they come home, parents are not home and dinner is several hours away.
Mac & Cheese is easy to prepare, and a good carb that will fill their tummies until a later dinner. Remember the microwavable cups make it easy for the smaller children to prepare for themselves.
* It’s easier to build strong children, than to repair broken men.
