Charlie Watkins Crop Walk Report The CROP Hunger Walk held in May raised a total of $10,196. Thanks to
the walkers, the sponsors, volunteers and also to an award of $251.47 from the
Allen S. Feinstein Foundation. Reminder: Backpack Program Keep in mind that we do continue to help feed our school-age kids over
the summer months: those that attend summer-school and the summer recreation
programs get food. These kids “get to” eat during the school year because of
the “free/reduced priced” school lunches that they qualify for. That is why the
Board of Missions has undertaken this project: to see that our children will
have good foods to eat over the summer months when school is not in session. It
takes a community to raise a child. Thank
you for any little bit that you can and do contribute. Attendance and Financial Report: Were you here? June
