Just a Reminder
Anyone who offered to bring food contributions for the sandwiches for the American Baptist Men's Conference is asked to check the list on the “Small Groups” bulletin board near the Great Room. Items should be brought to the kitchen no later than 2 pm Friday, August 10th, when we will gather to make the sandwiches. Thank You.
Can You Help?
Don't forget our collection of new or gently used school supplies and books for the children of
Sta. Lucia Elementary Schoolin the as they have very little in the way of adequate supplies. We will be collecting through the month of July. For more information see Ethel Clancy or Sue Willson. Thank you. Philippines
Mission contributions for July 22nd, were $79. We also received $41 in Love Gift contributions from our women. Thank You. Please remember to keep up your pledges and donations in August. Many are counting on us.

Community Supper Methodist Church
This month's supper feature will be hot dogs and hamburgs. This is a free supper provided by the congregation of PYUMC for the community. A chance to come together in friendship and fellowship. See you there: Tuesday, July 31st 5:30 pm – 7 pm.
VBS Camp Courage
Penn Yan Bible Churchis offering a open to kids ages 4 to 12 years old. Camp Courage: The Life of Daniel will be held August 6 - 10th from 6 pm to 8 pm at Vacation Bible School 2015 Kimball Road. Food for the Needy
Don't forget the needs of these programs over the summer. Families continue to be helped out when they can't make ends meet. Donations of non perishable items are always in demand, especially over the summer when the children don't have their free or reduced price breakfasts and lunches at school. Thank You!!!
In full swing for the summer to help keep hungry Yates
Co.kids fed. If they qualified for free breakfast/lunches during the school year, there's a good chance they are going hungry over the summer while school is not in session. Donations of breakfast/granola bars, cereal, instant oatmeal, mac & cheese, fruit cups, tuna etc and help packing on Wednesdays at 4 pm are greatly appreciated.
The Yates Co. Office for the Aging is in Need of Volunteers
Home Delivered Meal Drivers to deliver meals to home bound seniors. Mileage is paid and training is provided. If you would prefer not to use your own vehicle we do have an agency vehicle.
Phone Friends: these volunteers make brief, friendly phone calls to home bound seniors to provide support and to enhance social contact. Call Stephanie Bates at 536-5515 if interested in serving.
