Concerts on the Courthouse Lawn

Concerts have begun. The trustees are once again selling hot dogs and hamburgers before the concerts. A sign up is on the table in the foyer if you are interested in helping. Please arrive at 5 pm for set up. We will be serving from 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm. Proceeds will go towards the window project. Thanks for your help!


American Baptist Men of NYS Rally (our 79th year!)

Yates Habitat for Humanity Open House

Today, July 24, from 2-4 pm at 109 North Avenue.

Comfort on the Journey

A confidential mutual support group at Keuka Comfort Care Home for those whose lives have been impacted by the loss of a loved one.

Beginning June 14, and continuing the 2nd Tuesday of every month from 7-8 pm. 35 Route 54, East Lake Road, Penn Yan. 536-1690.


Red Cross Needs & Things

There is a  need for: diapers,  paper towels, laundry soap and dish soap. Leave your donations in the office. Thank you.


Food for the Needy

 Reminder that the children are out of school and the need for cereal and items to keep them fed at home will be a factor. You may bring in your donations any time.


Milly's Pantry School Supply Collection

Donations  are being collected for school supplies in both Penn Yan (July 22, Lake St. Plaza), and Dundee (July 29, Shurfine Grocery)

We are anticipating a greater need this year due to current economic conditions in Yates County. Volunteers are needed on both days at the collection sites. The following list includes items for all grades:

pens (black & blue), pencils, erasers, colored pencils, colored markers, highlighters, glue sticks, glue bottles, 1 subject notebooks, loose paper,

folders (2 pocket w/prongs) dividers for binders, post-it notes, composition books, graph paper, pencil cases, hole reinforcements for loose paper, index cards, 1-1.5“ binders, crayons, tissues, disinfectant wipes, hand sanitizers, and children's scissors.
