Relay for Life 2011

June 4 & 5, - 5:00 pm thru 6:00 am - Penn Yan Fireman's Field

The Relay is a celebration of the lives of people who have or are battling cancer and a way to remember those we've lost to the disease. One way to do that is by starting or joining a team. Contact Pam Scutt at 536-2791.

Relay for Life Luminaria Sundays

The Relay for Life is an all night fundraising event to raise money for the American Cancer Society to support research and provide services and education to those battling cancer.

As part of our fundraising efforts, the Footprints Team will be selling luminarias in the Great Room following the worship service on Sunday May 15, and May 22. These luminaria bags cost $5 each and will be printed with someone's name who has or is battling cancer and whom you choose to honor or remember. The bags will be placed around the track the night of the Relay where they will help “light the way” to a cure.

Please come join us and see what the Relay is all about.

For more information contact Pam Scutt at 536-2791.

Thank you for your support!!!
